About Dr. Sheela Reddy
Dr. Sheela Reddy is an Executive Business Coach, Psychologist and Author. She earned her Masters and Doctoral degrees in Counseling and Multi-Cultural Systems Psychology and has a Post-Doctoral Fellowship Certification in trauma treatment. Dr. Reddy is a certified in Executive Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming, Mediation, Divorce Coaching, and Yogic Breathing. Her holistic approach to coaching includes exploration, skill building, meditation, and NLP. Previously, Dr. Reddy worked as a partner in a prominent technology company where she managed ex-pats, created assessments, and implemented organizational change initiatives.
Dr. Reddy consults on serveral boards. She has presented for national and international associations and organizations. Dr. Reddy is also known for her presentations on self-awareness, stress-management, executive functioning strategies, mind health, diversity, and civility for corporate and health-care organizations.
